Lluis has a PhD in Business Management and originally pursued a career in business, but he always felt a deep connection with the sea and its energy. In 2016, tired of the business world, he decided to focus his energy on what he was passionate about. He tried scuba diving and began to learn underwater photography, a combination that in just a few short years made this Barcelona citizen a renowned, award-winning photographer. Based in Spain, Lluis currently travels all over the world capturing beautiful images of the ocean and its marine creatures. His work has been published in dive magazines and websites.

As a pro underwater photographer, every close encounter with a creature makes me feel a mix of sensations that I love. Scuba diving has changed my life.

I’m from Barcelona, Spain, but I travel all the time and consider myself a “citizen of the world.” I started scuba diving just 5 years ago during a holiday in Thailand. I also practice free diving. 

My father. He seeks a perfect balance in finding happiness. No matter what society expects him to do, he has always taken steps in the direction of happiness. This is more difficult than it sounds, and I don’t know too many people able to achieve it.

This is not an easy question, as I always love to try new Cressi products! This is because I love the designs and the high quality and also because the Cressi catalogue is the most extended in the market, which helps me to find any item that I need.

I will say that my Commander EVO BCD is probably the only item that I will never change.
